INTERSECTIONS emerged from my desire to bring together my two artistic languages: textile and mosaic. In searching for a way to insert fibre into mosaic while allowing it to remain suspended above the surface, I developed a layered substrate that enabled both materials to coexist and generate new organic structures.
INTERSECȚII s-a născut din dorința de a reuni cele două limbaje artistice ale mele: țesătura și mozaicul. Căutând o modalitate de a insera fibra textilă în mozaic și de a o face să plutească deasupra substratului, am dezvoltat un substrat stratificat care permite celor două materiale să coexiste și să genereze structuri organice noi.
